Le plus bel atout de cet appartement en duplex, c’est vraiment la vue. On voit le cimetière américain ainsi qu’une partie de Manille, comme en vue d’oiseau

L’appartement est très, très fatigué. Il a clairement besoin d’un coup de frais en urgence. Nous étions prévenus qu’il s’agissait d’un logement ancien, mais ancien ne veut pas dire négligé ou mal entretenu, ce qui était malheureusement le cas ici. Par exemple, le robinet ne tient pas, la poignée de la douche est défectueuse, etc. Un important travail de rafraîchissement et d’entretien est nécessaire.

Good location and price for the BGC area. Nice view. The unit is very spacious. Bed is comfortable, we slept well. We didn’t cook but the kitchen looked well-equipped.

Unfortunately, there were a number of issues: - Despite following the instructions for the heater, the hot water wasn’t working so we had to have a cold shower - since we were staying just one night, we just got on with it, but it would have been uncomfortable if staying longer. - Barely any toilet paper was provided, which I think is quite a basic thing to provide. - Reception won’t store your luggage if you arrive before check-in time, it was very inconvenient to take a taxi and spend more time and money finding a locker. So if you’re going to arrive before check-in time or need to stay after check-out time, don’t rely on being able to leave your luggage at reception. - Not a fault of the host, but there was only one lift working when we were there. It is a very tall building with a lot of apartments, so this meant we had to wait 10 minutes or so every time we had to take the lift. - Again, not a fault of the host, but since it is a busy, big building, there were quite a few baby cockroaches around. We know that the cleaner does what they can to deal with it, but future guests should be aware that roaches aren’t uncommon here.

Poor maintenance - tiny roaches spotted at the kitchen sink. We stayed in Tower C - Only 1 lift was operating going up. 1 lift lited by emergency lighting was for going down only. Shower water pressure was low and we can’t get the hot water on. Washroom faucet was loose. Windows were dusty. Details for check in was provided only a day before check in with a caution that it is a budget condo and to cancel our stay if it doesn’t meet our expectations. Lobby wait area has poor air conditioning.

The view was pretty

. It would be nice if they had blackout curtains.

Location

Too bright at night and early morning. Noisy furnitures. Stinky couch. Cockroaches in the kitchen. No netflix account.
