Space, location and price . Very comfortable place with bbq area and nice green space.

Beautiful and well kept, included basic amenities like hair dryer and real hand soap not those slimy bars. Great place to stay for a few days, large fridge and basic kitchen amenities are super helpful. They also have a large sink

My neighbors were obnoxious late at night but that was independent of the property

Nicely maintained property with excellent outdoor space, nicely equipped kitchen and good location for exploring Zion National Park.

Would have been nice if the kitchen had larger plastic cups for ice cold beverages. This was such a small detail that it did not impact our stay. Just would have been nice to have.

We absolutely loved staying at this place. The place is pretty new, has many amenities, and good location. I wish we stayed there longer.

Very beautiful setting, very comfortable, safe, and quiet. We had a full sized refrigerator, sink , long countertop. We had coffee pot, some coffee, cream, sugar , a good bed, large parking area. Outside was a fire pit, a table and chairs to sit in the evening and look at the beautiful sunset against the mountains and the moon. We loved it there

The main bed was terrible. Mattress felt like springs coming through and pillows were awful
