"Good location, would be great for a family or group of friends."

More beds than needed. A king , bunk and sofa. A full size fridge and microwave. Grounds are well kept and room was quiet. We did not use the bar b Q. Tv was fine. They have chickens!

No glasses but plenty of mugs. Ice trays were ok.

"Exceptional"

Very nice place, not far from the Zion national park. Highly recommended over any other overpriced camps and accomodations in the area. It is a very calm spot where you can take breakfast outside and also make your own BBQ for free with grills next to each house.

The bunk beds are a bit stiff for an adult, next time I would choose two full beds over 1 large bed and two bunk beds if travelling in 4 adults.

"Perfect!"

I'm so happy I discovered this place!! It was new, clean, and it has a fully equipped kitchen. Unlimited coffee! :) You can drink the water from the tap it is clean and tasty. It has smart tv and quiet AC. Also, there were some trip recommendations left on a leaflet and a map. Self check-in is easy and convenient. It has a grill outside so you can barbecue. The surroundings were also nice, very well maintained. The Zion National Park visitor center is 30 minutes by car, and the Kolob Canyon is approximately 15 minutes.
