"Exceptional"

Location close to everything we were wanting to visit. 1 night we came to have dinner in the club house they didn't have the chef and he was coming back and was able to do 10 of us meals.

It stated a dishwasher but no dishwasher and the coffee machine that is in didn't work either

"Really relaxing place to stay"

Staff very friendly and easy check in. Lodge was lovely and we had a reallv relaxing holiday. All loved the hot tub that was checked every day for water quality. Very close to Ingoldmells and Skegness but far enough away from hussel and bussel

Only one sauce pan available and a frying pan. Not enough for a family to cook with. Pillows very flat. Small amount of mold in shower and one window blind was broken. Maybe turn reception building (that was closed every day on our visit) could be a essentials shop. Milk bread sweets and a few toiletries for if you forgot something

It was so spacious and clean, the hot tub was amazing, the beds were comfortable, and tea coffee and sugar was available upon arrival which was a nice touch its so quiet and peaceful

Excellent facilities as usual. Size of lodge really good. Close to everything we needed.

Expected dishwasher but didn't get right lodge. Booking .com needs facility to specify but doesn't have it at moment so it's luck of the draw. Some charging points not working. Cleaning a bit hit and miss.

Location was beautiful. The lodge was large enough for a family of 6. Loved the hot tub. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Met by Scott at reception, lovely guy who gave a quick brief on the facilities available and general chit chat of everything available to us..

Mattresses in the lodges where a little on the soft side for me and the missus, propped them up with pillows from the living room!
