Medieval roots and Harry Potter TownHouse - Hiking near Ludlow

This spacious property was centrally located in Leominster with off road parking which was a real plus. The host had given very clear instructions and check in was very easy. We had a couple of queries whilst we were at the property which were promptly answered and resolved.

This is an old property and so probably not the easiest to keep in order but it was far from the cleanest property we have stayed in. The bedrooms were fine but the kitchen and bathroom needed extra attention.

Quirky but large, and everything needed to hand for our purposes

Arrived in dark and couldn’t find car park but street parking sufficed as out early am. And since staying landlord explained parking to me so I know next time

Perfect for what we needed - four friends meeting up for the weekend. Spacious, comfortable and clean in an excellent location.

Awful. Incredibly disappointed. Freezing cold with no heating in rooms (just some radiators in the corridors), and no instructions about anything, such as how to manage the heating! Even with the heating permanently on it wasn't enough to heat a large and drafty house. Wood provided for a burner in one room, but no way of lighting it! Had to go shopping for some matches. Unlike the photos the rooms were dark and dingy, especially the lounge. Phoned the owner several times but he didn't respond until the next morning, by which time we'd decided to leave because we were so cold. Phoned the "alternative contact" who didn't know how to adjust the heating controls - despite saying we had total control. Was extremely upset that the owner insisted on charging us for the 4 nights booked, when the accommodation was not fit to live in, in cold weather. Worst ever experience with Booking.com who were not able to negotiate on our behalf - it was "down to the owner"

Ideally located for shops and pubs and the starting point for our cycle ride to Kington. Great character inside and very comfortable

Finding it is a little tricky - perhaps need a name sign somewhere near where one parks and on the back entrance door - lots of other doors can cause confusion

Spacious accommodation, very comfortable. All good bedrooms. Excellent location.

Couldn't get WiFi to work, nor heating. No welcome book/instructions book to consult.

Very quirky property in the centre of Leominster. Lots of games and books, kitchen well equipped though we mostly ate out. Very close to the shops. Parking was fine , we had a van and a car.

Steep stairs and some of the railings felt a bit wobbly. Shower upstairs was erratic.
