Great location very friendly nice clubhouse the staff are wonderful and helpful

The kitchen needed a good clean as did the toilet/shower room

Nothing! It was a nightmare!

I booked a 2 night stay at H9 Fairway Holiday Park in Sandown, but had to leave immediately after checking in due to appalling hygiene conditions. The moment we entered, we were met with the stench of neglect. The bedding was absolutely vile – stained with what appeared to be body fluids and covered in hair. I was horrified thinking about the health risk this posed, especially for my children. It was clear that the place hadn't been properly cleaned in a very long time. When I contacted the owner to raise these extremely serious concerns, I was shocked by her response. Not only was she dismissive and rude, she outright refused to issue a refund. Initially, she agreed to refund us so that we could find alternative accommodation, especially since we were stranded on the island late in the evening with young children. But she later retracted this promise and never issued the refund. There was zero accountability and no willingness to even acknowledge the unacceptable state of the property. This was the worst experience I've ever had with holiday accommodation. It felt more like a health hazard than a holiday. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone – especially families. Avoid at all costs!

Location is alirght.

Swimming pool was not operating even though the description says so. The beds were pathetic. Mattresses were worn out and uncomfortable. We were literally counting down our stay to get back to home

It was well stocked and plenty of everything you need.

It was very cold. The Gas fire didn't really heat up the room. It was freezing when we arrived. The second bathroom, the shower bracket to hold it was broken. No WiFi
