H9 Fairway Holiday Park Sandown

Location was good

The caravan was great and super clean. In an ideal location as we could relax as it was peaceful but close enough to easily visit all the attractions nearby.

Location, caravan had everything we needed. Including kitchen supplies, toys, dvds, board games which is quite nice touch.

We didn’t like the smell in the caravan, it was musty, we could smell a bit of dump. Place would do with a proper cleaning- especially kitchen. Fridge was dirty and smelly, cupboard would do with the wipe too. Bedsheet for sofa bed were a bit smelly as I think it didn’t dried properly after wash and were put in the cupboard but after one night there were fine, the one thing it need to be washed is mattress protector as it has blood stain on it. The main door should have a curtain as they are transparent.

Cleanliness and facilities. Best place to stay with family.

I had a problem which potentially would have ruined the 2 days which we had booked on the Isle of Wight, but the owner was helpful and solved the problem promptly. The structure is very peaceful and the position very close to a small supermarket.

Property was in a great location to get into different sites. Very peaceful and we did feel like home.
