Hotel Le Roi Express Karol Bagh

The hotel was very nice - the only one we encountered in our trip to India with a Smart Tv! The staff was lovely, they held our bags for few days for free and been very professional. The air-con unit is nice placed cause it's not directly on your face! Shower is very nice.

The first room we got was without a window on the bottom floor.

The property is newly renovated and clean, Executive Room is spacious. Deluxe Room size is OK, bed is soft. Location is good 5 minutes from the Metro Station, peaceful location. Basic hotel but much cleaner and well-managed than other properties nearby. 5 minute walking distance to major market "Azam Khan Road" and 5 minute auto to BKL hospital and Ganga Ram Hospital.

Nothing much, based on rate, location, cleanness and staff much better than other hotels in which I have stayed previously. Dental and saving kits are available in request basis only.

It is very clean and very cooperative staf

The staff was very attentive once we arrive there. They have clearly tried to make the place look nice and up to standard. The room was comfortable and the amenities were good. Breakfast was nice with Indian options and eggs available. We stayed here for our first night in India and while the staff was very friendly and welcoming, we found the local area quite overwhelming and might not be suitable for first timers to Delhi. The nearby Karol Bagh area seemed to be one of the best places for shopping, so if you have already acclimatised to Delhi and are in search for a good place to stay near this shopping district, we would recommend this hotel.
