Great service and friendly staff. Great location , close to all amenities. Would highly recommend staying here.

New property, clean & even breakfast was good... but there is a lot of disturbance at night near the room lobby .. rest all ok.. would rate it 8 on 10 .. definitely opt for it

Property is new. So was clean. The bathroom and toilet are separate. Bed was comfortable.

Since room near to stairs and elevator, was a bit noisy . Area around property very busy with traffic and there was some drainage issue the day I had gone. Also no kettle provided in the room. Common area has hot water.

Ravi and the front of house team made our stay comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was ready on arrival and included communal amenities such as tea and coffee. The room had no view however, the room was clean and had a functioning television. The staff were prompt, resourceful and made the experience memorable. No frills but clean and straightforward room walkable from Karol bagh station.

The lift should be a little bigger to accomodate those wt big luggages

The hotel is nice. Not brand new, a bit different from the pictures, but clean. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. In 2 mins of the hotel there’s a very good restaurant Oh!Pind
