Room K Divine Villa and Resorts

Do you know how dangerous this area is? This was an air bnb disguised as a hotel. in. very sketchy area.There were 5 drug addicts circling when i got out of the taxi. I was afraid for my life and no body was there to check me in. The pictures and names are deceptive. I though at worst it could be a red roof inn or something but there wasn't even anyone there to check me in or any kind of security! This should be listed on airbnbnot expedia!!

Kindness

They staff had absouletly no clue what they were doing. took over 2 hours to get a room after the scehduled room had been ruined by the prior guests. They moved me and my friend to a different building and gave us different directions to get to the room and they were wrong. very disorganized would love a re fund for this stessfilled waste of time the experience was.

We weren't expecting to be in a shared apartment based on the listing information.

Terrible and unsafe neighborhood. Uncomfortable bed and noisy room.

Overall only controllable thing that was lacking was a lack of communication, I rented out a room which the number designation for did not exist so I had to figure out which room I was actually in and the landlord did not provide any help figuring out, along with this I was not aware id be staying with other people, looking back it being called a villa should have made it obvious but more upfront declarations would have been appreciated, everything else was good

Very comfortable and clean... The host was patient and helpful... Even the other guest was so nice!... I would definitely stay again!

If you’re looking for a quiet and safe place this is not for you especially if you’re booking alone . The property is at a ghetto place dirty and noisy. Also we all share the same washroom on the same floor which is bad . The doors there sucks it takes forever for you to be able to lock or open it. Room looks ruff needs some painting bedsheets looks old and pillows were really hard .

Yeah this property needs to state it’s a shared house local in the heart of the ghetto and they don’t do refunds so your completely out of luck if you don’t like it
