Baymont Inn & Suites by Wyndham Huber Heights Dayton Northeast

We were not informed the pool was closed and that was 75% of the reason we booked it

Climate control was left off so room had very strong mold/mildew smell, carpet was very dirty/stained, baseboards falling off and laying on floor, main light switch when you enter room doesn’t work, etc…

Not alot.

coffee was not hot. No a big selection of food.

The room was clean.

The rest of the hotel was very unsettling. There were broken down vehicles in the parking lot. The staff did not have any sort of identification or uniform. It was not a comforting environment. I left a day early. They could not print me a receipt and I did not get an email confirmation for canceling the second nights stay.

The floors were dirty. The washcloths were still dirty stained. I asked to have a light that was blinking above the sink changed 3x and it was never changed. The doors were supposed we d to be secure at the end of the hall and they were propped open with a rock. I brought this up to the staff and was told yeah that happens all the time. Theu told me to just kick the rock out of the door. The breakfast was not worth walking up the hall for
