Tried charging pet deposit for a service animal which is illegal, the when I refuse and cancelled I was still charged the cancellation fee. Requested it to be waved no on account I cancelled because they tried to add fees that were not only illegal, but were not mention any where on the app or website. Booking app said response within 24hrs. It’s going on 72hrs and still nothing. Seems shady

Shady untrustworthy business

Terrible hotel and staff. TV didn't work, phone did not work (tried calling the desk. No maintenance on the premise. Breakfast was terrible. Kids running up and down the hallway screaming and yelling.

Location

Lobby and hallways are outdated. Room was surprisingly better than I anticipated given the condition of the lobby/hallways. Bathroom needed updating and shower curtain needed to be changed. Not happy with the male staff member who opened my door at 7:30am without knocking or announcing himself. Doors need more soundproofing cause you can hear every single person on the floor opening/closing doors or walking past the room.
