The Park Guest House, Stornoway

Lovely room and bathroom. The people running the guesthouse aren’t on site but were very helpful what I called them. Nothing was too much trouble. No breakfast but a fabulous place ‘Beckett and sons’ just across the road. Great location for the ferry and bus station, town and sports centre (went for a swim).

Charming older place that has been well maintained. The bathroom was very up to data. We were greeted by a gentleman and he helped us move in. He was there the next morning to bid us farewell. He advised us on places to eat.

Very busy street. Hard to unload your stuff. Parking off site, but free. Room upstairs so climbed with suitcases.

Easy to check in, clean room, location good for Stornoway.

Rooms very expensive for dated decor and damp issue + no breakfast.

Twin Bedroom and bathroom were very clean and tidy. Bathroom was huge and a full size bath is always a treat as well as there being a standalone shower. Bed was very comfy Good restaurants in very close proximity Area was quiet despite being on a main road

Really scraping the barrel to find a negative, perhaps the entrance hall feels a bit dated but it's not like we had to be there for long so it definitely didn't affect our stay

Location was amazing as it was pretty central with only a couple of minutes walk to the centre. Room was clean, spacious and good for the price.

Way overpriced for just a bed with no breakfast

Location close to the ferry terminal and town. We were able to arrive early and leave our bags. We also checked in early with no problem.

You couldn’t open the window properly without taking down the curtain pole. The bed was small.
