Location to town was good. Comfy.

No parking. Also would have preferred to be in a room on same floor as my children.

Easy to book, friendly and attentive staff, Very relaxed check in and check out. Modern bathroom facilities. Extremely quiet location and quiet other residents.

Great location, simple process. I phoned with a query and lady was helpful and friendly, even giving me the access code so I could enter at my leisure.

I didn't see any staff during my stay at all, but there were no problems

Not a lot

I booked it for the bar and restaurant. Booking.com showed photos of the restaurant. When I turned up I was told that the restaurant closed quite a while ago. There wasn’t a bar and I didn’t see any staff until I left and saw who I think was a cleaner. Had I known this when I was looking for somewhere I wouldn’t have booked it

Overall great

Location was fine, check in was by phone and we were given a code to enter the front door, then keys in room doors. We stayed one night and did not see any staff or other guests - though my friend heard somebody arrive around midnight. The guest lounge was a helpful touch.

Property is a bit tired, it was clean but could do with some modernisation.
