It was comfortable, plenty of facilities and easy check in/out process.

One thing I specifically requested was that whoever met us would not bring up the Oasis show as it was a surprise for my son. When we met the lady she said something along the lines of "I assume you're going to see Oasis". I said no, but my son immediately clicked on which spoiled the surprise. I wanted to surprise him at the stadium, very annoying especially as I specifically asked this not be brought up when meeting for the keys and was told they'd not mention it.

Great value for money - easy to get into Cardiff (when other hotels in Cardiff were charging over £300 a night). Decor was old school which I liked - massive shower. Great communication, decent night sleep.

Didn’t necessarily dislike anything - perhaps a bit of warning that there is a family in the flat below, however suppose this is no different to being in a apartment complex.

Location was very useful for where we needed to be. There was a park and shops a short walk away

good sized apartment plenty of room for 3 adults. clean good tv and kitchen

all good no complaints

It wasn't what i excepted a little quirky but clean comfortable, I would definitely stay again.

people was downstairs and they don’t state that on the booking and also the staff came upstairs even when no noise was happening and we was trying to sleep.
