The Princess Flat, Helensburgh.

All your home comforts, tv easy to use, heating etc.. not a bad night sleep, cute little garden area where we had a robin visit us as we came back from my uncles funeral 🫶🏻

I didn’t bring my dressing gown as it stated it had robes there, also in the house instructions it was stated that a mini bar was there with Scottish whiskeys to try? But I couldn’t find it.

The welcome was a much appreciated addition.

Location was excellent. The flat was spacious and just what we needed.

When emptying the sink in the kitchen, the dirty water then came up the shower drain and it was quite smelly - the drain is obviously blocked. A few items in the kitchen hadn’t been cleaned properly (a tray covered in grease and a fish slice). The toilet brush was also quite smelly.

v.Good Location. Walk-in shower. Comfy sofas and bed. Quiet.Plenty of things to do for guests

On street parking was a bit of a lottery to get adjacent parking. Toilet seat was loose. Kitchen bar was somewhat small (there was enough room near the window for a small table and chairs)

Location was ideal and all the amenities we could ask for included in the property. Lovely and quiet.

It was lovely and cosy and very roomy. The location was excellent close to the train station, town centre and the loch.

The flat was very comfortable and accessible for my husband with Parkinson's. Everything was clean and the heating and hot water worked well. It is in a great position on a quiet street but near enough to walk to the shops and restaurants and very accessible for the station.

The radiator in the main bedroom did not work. The clothes airer was broken. Some extra blankets would have been welcome. Apart from these things which could be quickly remedied, everything was fine although some milk in the fridge would also have been welcome. However, the flat was near enough the shops to get supplies easily.
