The Princess Flat, Helensburgh.

For me the location was perfect, the apartment was clean and very well equipped, I will use again when I go back.

The beds we're the only thing not perfect as I found them a little uncomfortable, but they were very clean and not everyone I'm sure won't find them uncomfortable.

Big rooms , good hot water and ok shower , good central heating , good position and close to train station

Not enough sockets in the bedroom 1 , kitchen not enough sockets for appliances , had to unplug one to use the other , Microwave did not work properly because the ring for the glass plate is the wrong size Tap on kitchen sink loose I managed to tighten it a bit by hand No info on recycling, some info was years old , welcome pack need sorting out as it’s big and heavy ( maybe put kitchen appliances info in a separate pack in the kitchen ) Both bedroom doors and bathroom doors do not stay closed Bedside lights are plugged in to an extension and cannot be turned off while in bed , you have to get out and unplug the light Cutlery was inadequate , some biscuits in welcome pack were out of date

A couple of wine glasses would have been nice. A little short of power points in bedroom. The freezer compartment of the fridge was fairly solid with ice and unable to get ice cream in it. The back garden was pretty overgrown.

Loved the little extras to make your stay enjoyable. Everything you needed was there for your use. James was on hand to show us how everything worked etc. It was a very pleasant stay here
