The Princess Flat, Helensburgh.

The flat was a great size, clean, fully equipped and in a perfect location. Would definitely return here for another trip to Helensburgh.

The location was absolutely perfect. It was exceptionally clean and the kitchen facilities were great. It was nice and spacious and the hair dryer, iron and ironing board were appreciated. The key system was good and the apartment felt secure. It was lovely and warm when the heating was on and the lounge plus tv a comfortable place to sit.

The shower pressure was very low. The boiler in the second bedroom was a bit noisy while the heating was on. The towels were very hard. The tv in the bedroom had no signal except to log in to an app and the tv was actually too low to watch in bed.

Conveniently located to explore Loch Lomond

The beds weren’t very comfortable, a table and chairs and a clothes horse would have been appreciated.

Clean, spacious with a nice kitchen and bath. James was communicative and met us promptly to let us in. Good kitchen amenities with breakfast cereals. Nice kitchen to cook in. Comfortable couches and great WiFi. Quiet stay with easy on street parking.

The main bed you could hear and feel the springs crunching with every move. Put more blankets on top to deaden the sound. Need new pillows and cotton linens. The fake satin doesn’t breathe and gets sticky to your skin. A cotton top sheet would even help.

Spacious ground floor apartment, parked right outside it, nice kitchen, near station and centre of Helensburgh. Only a 20 mins drive to the beautiful Loch Lomond. Very good information folder provided.

Central heating did not work, the host was going to get it fixed after we'd gone. Would have been better if there had been a table and chairs to sit and eat rather than just a 2 person breakfast bar facing the wall.

Central location, accommodation was clean and information regarding operation of apparatus was good and advice on where to go was first class

Clean, spacious and close to all amenities

Lovely two bedroom flat close to the loch front and town centre in Helensburgh. We were attending a wedding nearby in Loch Lomond and the Princess Flat was perfect for our needs. The flat was clean, spacious, had tall ceilings, two smart TVs and came with everything we needed including a lovely welcome pack and hamper. What impressed me the most was James who was very helpful - provided us with an early check in, showed us around the flat upon arrival and also sorted out a travel cot for our little one too. I’d be happy to stay at the Princess Flat again if staying in Helensburgh again in future.

Nothing was all good
