The Princess Flat, Helensburgh.

James was waiting on arrival and showed me how to operate everything in the flat. We were close to the town for walking and also close to the seafront. Bus stops were right outside the flat. The bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom were a good size and very comfortable. There was a breakfast welcome pack and we had all the utensils needed to cook meals. There is a Tesco Express a couple of minutes walk from the flat which was perfect for groceries.

The heating didn't work in one bedroom, though I contacted James and he replied immediately to say he would try to get someone out to fix it. Unfortunately as we were only there 5 days, including a weekend, he didn't manage to get someone out. There is a shared garden, but it was a bit untidy and not really suitable for sitting out in.

It was well situated, nicely decorated, clean & warm.

It was very cold when we arrived took a while to warm up accommodation maybe as start of holiday season

Easy parking outside the door. Two good bedrooms, large lounge, excellent tv system, kitchen with everything in good working order and garden outside if needed.

Nothing.

Location was fine - short walk to town and facilities. Property was clean and tidy with everything for our stay.

The beds were very a little uncomfortable, pillows very flat and bedding a little old.

The apartment is much bigger than the photos showed. Everything appeared new and very clean.
