Great property to stay in, very comfortable and easy stroll into the centre. Great little gym at the leisure centre. Would definitely recommend this property.

We were originally asked to provide an estimated time of arrival, we arrived early and James was happy to meet us early to hand over the keys, he then gave us a little tour of the apartment and talked us through some of the apartments functions, such as heating, the shower etc. Very friendly.

Pillows flat in the main room, although I appreciate this is personal preference, it would be an idea to have a couple of pillows on each bed so guests can have the choice. This However wouldn't stop me staying again, it's only a very minor complaint.

It was clean, comfortable, well equipped and handy to services. James, the friendly owner met us on arrival and explained everything to us which was great.

We weren’t aware before arrival that we had to park on the street outside which was a bit of an issue when unloading the car. There certainly wasn’t any parking available near the place at times.

Lack of kitchen equipment - shortage of cutlery and glasses which meant constant washing up. Few power points eg no bedside lights

The two bedroom apartment is tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean. The apartment is in a very convenient location in Helensburgh. The host met us to give us the keys and to explain a few things to us. He was very easy to communicate with.

We had two bath-sized towels per person but would have appreciated a couple of hand towels and wash cloths, as well as kitchen towels for drying hands and dishes while preparing meals.

Really nice owner, great welcome package. We had no coffee the first morning and their Nescafé saved our morning :)
