the location was fantastic, between the main square/marina and the cathedral, 5 minutes walk from como lago station, spotless, with all the facilities we needed, and a lovely terrace for eating (although a little too cold in january to use). nic from my home in como was super friendly, great communication before we arrived and met us at the station to show us the details of how to get access with the door code. would recommend to anyone.

a coat hanger in winter would be useful

Amazing location, really comfortable and quiet, great size

The fan in the downstairs bathrooms really noisy and the internet didn’t work overly well

Property is in a great location, clean, tidy and modern

We made a same day booking. Getting entry to property was difficult (gained access over an hour after 3pm check in time). Had to call and message a number of times to gain access

Wish there was more space to store food items needed washcloths would have been helpful No instructions on how to use the washer/dryer was all in Italian It did wash but did not dry clothes Only communication with host was before we checked in WIFI is horrible

Fantastic location within a historic building, but with the benefit of a modern interior & air conditioning. Loved the pretty terrace.

1) extremely slow WiFi - 2,5 Megabit per second download speed, and very-very-very low upload speed. Complained to the managing team, got no meaningful reply. The issue has not been resolved; 2) we wear hotel type slippers when staying in such accommodations. Metal stairs to master bedroom were slippery. We had to walk bare foot not to fall from the stairs; 3) there was no toilet paper holder in the upstairs bathroom; 4) flush button in one toilet was getting stuck. To stop water flowing multiple presses were required

Everything was amazing! The beautiful balcony with the view and smell of jasmins was spectacular! Really loved the apartment, and the location was just perfect!

Great location just a few steps away from the cathedral and nice view from the terrace. The apartment was clean and the host replied quickly whenever I needed something. Comfortable beds.

The apartment lacks some amenities such as hangers in the hall and bathroom. A couple of teabags would be nice as well.
