The property is so modern which normallynisnt my bag but it is stunning. In the most beautiful historic building in a fabulous location. 5 stars isnt enough its great even has a little outside terrace. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, iron, proper hairdryer etc so well appointed better than lits of exclusive hotels i have stayed in. Plus Nic was so helpful before our stay and during!!!

Clean Central Big space

Miscommunication between guests and office. This made our stay really bad. First of when I booked, I'd asked for a late check out which no one had bothered to reply. When I arrived I followed up on the late check out, to which I managed to get an extra hour. You can imagine my surprise when the front door opens and new guests arrive before my check out time. They are upset that I'm in there, and I'm upset that they barged in. It was a mess. Both parties calling the office to figure out what happened only to find out they hadn't communicated to each other that I had a late check out and the new guests had an early check-in. Luckily I was dressed and ready and just doing a once over to make sure I had everything when this happened. The place is very nice and central. My only gripe is just make sure that you've got your timings down with the office otherwise who knows who would walk into the apartment which can be unsettling.
