New apartment in center Madrid!

Nuovissimo appartamento in centro a Madrid, dotato di tutti i comfort a due passi da Puerta del Sol! Tutto perfetto, Liza è super gentile e accogliente, ci ritorneremo!

Heel fijn appartement met goede airco in het hypercentrum van Madrid (Sol). Het inchecken ging heel vlot met iemand ter plaatse. Host Liza is super vriendelijk en antwoordt snel op al je vragen. Lekker eten, ontbijt, koffie, metro: alles is binnen handbereik. Van hieruit kan je alle bezienswaardigheden gemakkelijk te voet doen. ‘s Avonds kan je onder meer Palacio Real en het Prado gratis bezoeken. De rij lijkt lang, maar op minder dan een half uur ben je binnen. Adresjes: Casa Labra, Taberna La Cava, Brutal specialty Coffee, Hey my coffee, Pum Pum, La Rollerie, Caravan…

Af en toe komt er een geurtje uit de leidingen in de badkamer, vermoedelijk door de aanhoudende droogte. Een beetje water laten staan in de wasbak helpt. Het probleem zit in heel Madrid dus niets aan te doen denk ik. Dit is zeker geen reden om niet te gaan want Madrid is top en dit appartement is een aanrader.

La atención de la propietaria, la localización. La tranquilidad, a pesar de estar en una zona bulliciosa, no se oye un alma por la noche. La vista desde la habitación del reloj de la Puerta del Sol y el letrero del anuncio del Tío Pepe, por la noche es una maravilla.

Delightful modern apartment in centre. Easy walk to main attractions, restaurants and shops. Tastefully decorated, comfortable lounge. Lovely bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space. Compact, well equipped kitchen. Very friendly, helpful host.

No extractor fan in shower room.

The location was central, it was very clean and the guest was very nice, she left us some goodies.

Location excellent and great facilities with good communication and a warm welcome

There was a washing machine but nowhere to dry clothes. I have suggested a clothes airer to the owner.
