New apartment in center Madrid!

The apartment was elegantly decorated and had all the amenities we needed. Upon our arrival, the host gave us a detailed introduction to the surroundings and offered assistance. During our stay, the host responded to our questions with warmth and kindness. The location was excellent, with major attractions, shopping, and dining all within walking distance. We really enjoyed our time in this apartment and highly recommend it.

The host, Liza was wonderful. She welcomed us. Provided goodies, sent us the link of the suggested itinerary and restaurants. She checked on us to ensure that we did not need anything. The location was unmatched. It was downtown to Sol but without noise.

Bathroom had a funky smell.

This is the perfect apartment for couples in Madrid. Very clean, well equipped and in a perfect location - quiet but just 2 minutes walk from Puerta del Sol. The air conditions worked well to keep the apartment cool even on very hot days, and the washing machine is great for travelling with less luggage. Liza is the best host, greeted us with the keys and a tasty welcome pack :-) and made sure that we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again when we come back!

Liza and Alex were both friendly and helpful, very quick responding to any of my questions. The apartment was great with everything as shown on the pictures on the Booking.com website, with added bonus of a lovely welcome pack! After long walks during the day, it was really nice to put our feet up and able to log onto Netflix with a glass of wine and relax. The location of the apartment was excellent (though should note that if you catch a taxi the driver would likely drop you about 5 min away from the apartment but very easy to find), we walk to everything that we want to see and do, literally less than 5 min from Sol!

There was a slight smell in the bathroom...

Beautiful apartment in excellent location near to sol. Very clean and well equipped. Liza was an excellent host and went above and beyond to meet me and hand keys over. Very good internet and close to everything.

The only thing I missed was a kettle to make tea - there was a good coffee maker for coffee lovers
