Takapuna Centre 3B plus Netflix

Very close to AUT, very clean and tidy. Plenty space to park our car. They went over and above and had bread, butter and other Items. They were so accommodating and let us check in early and we were so grateful after a long flight and because of early check in missed rush hour. Definitely staying again for our next block training at AUT.

Good location, easy walk to restaurants and shops, plus the beach was 10 mins away. Quick drive to Devonport for ferry to the city. Bedrooms had a lot of space and the kitchen / diner worked well.

The property has been adapted to provide the current space. The floors are very creaky, and the accommodation is surrounded by other houses with a good deal of movement and noise from vehicles and people. The front door was not useable due to a broken lock but the manager quickly arrived and we used alternative access. Air conditioning was needed and very effective.

Loved the quiet location, great place to stay

Liked the separate spaces, adult space downstairs and young adults plus grandchild upstairs. Liked the upstairs toilet and the kitchen. My grandchild loved watching her fav programmes. Really good indoor outdoor flow and the shoes were a really good touch. 🙂

Not that much actually.

The house is extremely well configured, and it was really nice having the extras; pods for the coffee machine, tea, sugar, butter and jam, milk, etc.

Very minor point but perhaps just worth noting, the sound insulation isn't great, so if you have a loud snorer in your party, everyone will know. And the upper floorboards creak really loudly, so if you move around upstairs everyone downstairs knows about it. But otherwise, a really nice place that we'd happily book again.
