The house is new and clean, with all facilities available. It's very quiet at night. It is close to the city, and the landlord is friendly.

Great communication with the hosts. Easy check in and check out. Very clean and seems as tho it is newly renovated. Great neighborhood with easy walk to the beach and a great coffee shop around the corner called Kinship. The provided house shoes were a nice touch.

Not much to say here. There is one bed that is in an open room downstairs so is not really a bedroom but wasn't a big deal for us. The upstairs bed was pretty hard in comparison to the downstairs mattresses but worked for us with preferences on mattress types.

"Spacious with nice design"

Nice interior design style. The unit was large and spacious with 3 large beds, it has had a recent renovation so had a full modern kitchen with nescafe coffee machine, gas cooker etc. The bread, milk, butter on arrival was a nice touch.

If it was cleaner I would have given a higher rating, it was clean in the kitchen but dusty in some of the other areas, needs a good vacumn under blinds on the ranch sliders and wiping dust off all surfaces not just those most obvious.

Amazing attention to detail at this property from looks through to comfort. Super comfy beds! (2 large beds, both just as comfy as one another) Plenty of spare blankets aswell as electric blankets being an option on top of the property also having a heatpump… you definitely won’t lack for warmth here. Bathroom is sleek and water pressure from shower is great. Amazing wee touches of milk, bread, condiments etc found at this property upon check-in which was so thoughtful. Check in and out process was super easy, host was very accomodating to meet our needs. I would definitely stay here again! Added bonuses - Private entrance, car park space available, quiet area, balcony view of skytower and Netflix!

Only minor issue was the wifi connection for the first day however the host promptly resolved this for us.
