Perfect service and good location

Host was very responsive and nice. All communication handled well. Good location close to the bus to venice.

Very very old and messy. Shower was falling apart as like the rest of the apartment. Plates and glasses were dirty.

We booked with 6 pax 2 nights. Each Person had to pay extra Tourist-Tax 4 EUR per Night i.e. 48 EUR extra. Plus Parking fee for the Garage, witch just fit a VW Touran by one or two inches, Cost for 2 nights 36 EUR. So I assume a Garage Fee of 18 EUR per night. The Fees must be payed in cash left on kitchen table. Otherwise everything was absolute perfect. Daniel always prompt on the phone replying. By the way: If the Power switch falls out, go into the basement and switch on the blue triple fuse of no.8 fuse switch. If Aircon and Water heating turns on simultaneously the switch will turn off at times.

Has a bit of a rustic feeling to it, with a lot of foreigners in the neighbourhood, that women may find a little bit uncomfortable at first. Reasonable price, close proximity to Venice old town (20 minutes with bus).

The host is very friendly and helpful. The flat is well located near supermarkets and public transport. It is well equipped.

The shower cubicle needs proper cleaning; it is quite creepy because the grout and silicone seals have a lot of orange fungus. The doors don't slide properly; that needs fixing/adjusting.

Everything about this property was great. Good location, really spacious and the host was amazing
