Daniele's flat in Venice Mestre

Daniel is a very good host, he is really helpful. The apartment is very well located. I recommend.

Good price for the location, comfortable and Daniele was a great host, checking we were ok and asking if we needed anything. Very caring.

It could do with a little spruce. The shower door comes loose and there is a little smell of smoke that has lingered from previous poor tenants I am sure.

The apartment is spacious and clean, and the host is very kind and helpful!

The owner was very nice he came to pick uo from the airport as we arrived late and checked on us everyday. Apartment nearby to bus stop and supermarkets and shops nearby.

The place is close to the bus station and a supermarket.

The place is not clean properly. The dishes and the Cuttery have not been clean in ages. The beds are not comfortable and the sheets were dirt. The odor of the place is not the best. There is no soap in the shower. The shower doors are falling apart. For this price you do not expect a fancy place but at least a clean and well-maintained one. I am just amazed by the ratings of this place.

Good location in-between Venice lagoon and the airport.(20 mins on a bus into Venice and 20 by car to airport). Supermarkets/ restaurants within a short walk. Plenty of paid parking garages nearby- €20 for 24 hrs in a secure one, cheaper in an open one across the rd. Appt a little dated, but spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. Host very welcoming and helpful. Appt/ keys easy to find and access.
