Seaside 1 Bed Studio Conversion

Location was good Very compact but ok for a couple

Lack of normal tv facilities Pull down screen that was app controlled but we didn’t have facilities for apps on our phones so couldn’t use. Not elderly person friendly. We just wanted a normal tv to watch and spent to long trying to figure it out to finally discovering we couldn’t use it.

Quite stylish and really comfortable sitting area and bed.. well designed for such a compact space. We were 0nly sleeping there as we were visiting for a family wedding. So spent most of the day and evening elsewhere.

The grassed area was very overgrown.

A lovely little apartment. Everything we needed and a really comfy bed. We had a great stay.. very close to rhe beach and our friends . W will definitely stay again. 💯

The curtains let in a lot if light and i am a light sleeper so woke very early

The cooking space was tight

Very clean and tidy; comfortable and had everything that you needed. Location was great for getting takeaways and seafront not more than a minute walk away. Enclosed garden for the dog.

TV didnt work on regular channels but managed to use Netflix, actual unit was at the back of owners garden, so not a lot of privacy, nice to have a garden attached but unfortunately not a private garden so when my dogs were in the garden the owners dog started barking at them..Also the grass was badly overgrown so didnt give a good impression Bathroom was small and the sink unit board underneath kept falling down during the night no proper curtains, just net curtains which are quite see through at night ( privacy issue ) when i collected keys from key safe the whole thing fell out, and then i had an issue putting it back when left

The position. In a quiet road in a lovely area, near to the beach. Shops nearby. It was spotlessly clean, bed comfortable, nice small garden.

The toilet and shower area is very small, bit difficult to manoeuvre for tall, well built partner.

Close to sea & very quiet also tidy , Value for money & quite cosy

Lovely and relaxing didn’t want to leave.

Kitchen kitted out with all that we needed. Mattress was comfy. Shower was good.

Floor could have done with a mop. Pillows were quite flat. Nice to provide an extra blanket at end of bed but I doubted it was washed at the end of each stay; similar for the throw over the settee. There was a long hair in the new sponge left in the kitchen. There was an old sweetie wrapper behind box beside bed so cleaning needs to be thorough. I know that the owner said that the garden is a work in progress but it will definitely be nicer with the grass cut and a few plants.
