Beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped with everything you’d need. Really comfy bed! Lovely, peaceful location.

The shower pressure wasn’t great but plenty of hot water so it certainly wouldn’t stop me booking again. There are no black out curtains and lots of windows so if you’re not a fan of the light at night and early hours I’d recommend an eye mask 🙂

Excellent location minutes to the beach. The accommodation is cosy and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. Lovely little fenced in area for the dogs.

Location excellent, close to beach, within walking distance of local amenities, and driving distance to Chichester, a thriving city. Dog friendly. Lovely comfy bed and 9sofa. Warm

Needs better plug for sink, and doormat by patio doors

The studio was beautifully decorated and very cosy. It had everything you could need. Great location just off the seafront. Very helpful and communicative host.
