The location of the facility, its proximity to all beaches, the equipment and cleanliness of the house were all excellent. The host, Stelios, was helpful in every way.

The villa is situated in a serene, green location surrounded by olive trees, less than a five-minute drive from Plakias and close to all the nearby tavernas. The villa is beautifully designed and equipped with everything you could need: an oven, stovetop, coffee machine, and even a dishwasher—everything is new and spotlessly clean. The pool is incredibly luxurious, offering breathtaking views of the mountains. We stayed at the villa with our two daughters for six nights and enjoyed every moment. Stelios, the host, is a warm and friendly person, always smiling and ready to assist with anything. Southern Crete is a stunning area, and staying at this villa made our trip truly magical.

Spacious well planned and equipped villa. Best we've stayed in for many years. Peaceful and private. Plenty of shade on terrace and nice pool for a cooling dip. Well located a short walk to either Plakias or Damnoni beaches. Our host Stelios a friendly and helpful man who clearly cares about his villas and looks after them. You can believe the pictures. Will definitely come back again.

The villa is beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. Our host was very patient and welcoming. Would highly recommend staying here for anyone exploring this area.

It would have been helpful to receive directions to travel to the villa from the western road path. The eastern road is not paved and our car could not make it up the hill. The car did get stuck at one point on this path.

Nicely done, large house. All you need is there. Comfortable beds and shower. Close to a nice beach (Damnoni) and Plakias. We can highly recommend having lunch at Taverna Dionyssos and take a trip to Rethimnon.

We where unlucky with a couple of windy (but sunny) days. Could not really sit outside because of the wind, its a location that is not spared from the wind. The grass needed to be cut. The pool was not very attractive to us due to the long grass, the wind and it is basically a basin of water in the grass. We escaped the wind by going to other places on the island. Value for money was less good than other places we stayed at.

Brand new spacious villas with beautiful views, in a quiet and private environment, strategically located 3 minutes drive from Plakias and just minutes from a great variety of the best south beaches of Crete. The house has everything you need to have a comfortable stay, a/c everywhere, modern appliances, 2 big bathrooms all made with high-end quality, great mattress and pillows, comfortable couch and big Tv… we had an fantastic time and we would like to thank the owner Stelios for his amazing hospitality, care and constant attention so that our time there was perfect ! We would love to come back and we will definitely recommend it to all our friends!

We had a great time at this house. We stayed as a group of friends, and I would definitely recommend it. The rooms are really spacious, everything is brand new, and the house is well equipped with everything that you might need even for a long stay. The swimming pool is a big +++, as well as the host, Mr Stelios has been really helpful in offering us advice on how to navigate and enjoy the area.

Nothing really to point out as negative; maybe just that the property is isolated and during the night someone else might find it scary, we however enjoyed the privacy and never felt unsafe.

A car is required as between Plakias and Damnoni.

Stunning location, excellent quality property, extremely kind and generous host - it's really a unique place, full of charm, private yet close to great amenities. Photos dont do it justice. We are very grateful for our stay!
