The Villa, which is set in its own grounds, exceeded nearly all of our requirements. From the moment the wonderful Stelios let us in we had the best of times. Each and every morning Stelios delivered breakfast (fresh bread, fruit, jam, butter, honey, Greek yoghurt, har boiled eggs, fruit juice..). We alternated between the pool and the beach. Initially we used the beach in Plakias but later switched to the nearest beach (800m) in Damnoni. There is a good choice of eateries in Plakias with Stelios’s brother running the closest beach bar.

The only thing we can think of, and it’s truly not a major thing, but the Villa is perhaps a little further from the centre of Plakias than we originally thought.
