Cozy, super clean and tidy, very functional small apartment, part of a charming old residential building (the city and especially Buda is full of extraordinary fascinating buildings bearing the spirit of early 20. century). It was equipped with everything that we needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay, incl. a washing machine and a dryer and clean empty drawers under the bed. It was the first time while travelling we could arrange all our luggage and feel at home. The location is quite convenient - we could park our car nearby on the street, easily reach public transport of all kinds and get to the Fishermen's Bastion in a 20 min walk. Honestly, we fell in love with the place and would come back again and again with great pleasure. Definitely recommend it with both hands!

We had a very nice stay in this apartment. It's very good located, near metro and tram station. The area is very quiet and safe, we actually felt like home. The apartment was clean, confortable and well equipped. It would be nice if essentials could be provided as shower gel and shampoo. Everything else was perfect. Self check in is appreciated that you can enter by yourself at any hour. We highly recommend this apartment.

The location was superb. If you want to go to Fisherman's Bastion, the bus is right at the corner with only 3 stops, if you want to go to the Pest, the Metro Line 2 is only 5 minutes away with 3 stops away from Deak Ferenc Ter. The apartment is equipped with everything one might need, the hosts were so thoughtful to also place some toys and books once they saw we are coming with the child.

A better set of shampoos & soap for the bathroom would be nice. Other than that all was very much on point.

Very nice place. The owner gave very clear and precise instructions on how to find everything and where everything is). The location is very nice. This is my second time in Budapest, and I liked that the apartment is located close to authentic areas. The park is close... in the autumn it's simply magical! All infrastructure is within walking distance. Nice. The apartment is clean, it has absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. Thank you. Let's stop again

There were difficulties with the door lock. Each time it was unclear how to close it. It would be great if the lock could be opened in a simple way), but it was not super important

Cleanliness and amazing rooms

location was good - good travel connections from Szell Kalman ter. Flat looked newly renovated - like staying in an Ikea showroom. Quiet block

Aircon didnt work whilst I was there and the flat got very hot. There were fans in the flat, but they were quite noisy, particularly whilst sleeping. Flat isnt where the Booking.com map shows it to be, so I wasnt where I expected to be. Also, I had booked a taxi via Booking.com to take me there from the airport, but it didnt go to the right place, so you need to check the address. No TV or radio in the flat (good Wifi though). Flat is in a private courtyard, and doesnt get much direct sunlight, so a bit dark.

Instructions for the coffee machine would have been good - couldn't work out how to use it.
