Typical Sevillan 2 bedroom unit

Location

It isn't a vila,it is a dirty hole.The kiitchen was dirty, kitchen ware was gresy and not washed before we came in. The sheets were dirty.The "vila" was cold. In the booking it said there is a heating, but in the "vila" was a small heater. If I could ,I would give the flat zero stars. I would not recomend.

Everything was great. The location was perfect, lots of attractions within 30 minutes walk, very good restaurants in the street, supermarket around the corner. The host was very helpful and friendly. The house was clean and comfortable and offers great outside space, we wanted to stay longer in seville then booked and that was also not a problem. Perfect house for a trip to seville.

Location pas à la hauteur des photos, besoin d un bon rafraîchissement

Kleines Häuschen in perfekter Lage mitten im Zentrum von Sevilla mit eigener kleiner Dachterrasse, bequemen Betten und trotz zentraler Lage ruhig. Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Gute Tapas-Bars direkt vor der Tür (für Familien: mit kleinem Spielplatz in 2 Gehminuten)

Abgesehen von den Betten, braucht das Haus dringend ein paar Reparaturen: Schubladen lassen sich nicht mehr schließen, Wasser läuft schlecht ab, Fenster lassen sich teilweise nicht öffnen (oder gehen einfach nicht mehr zu), die Terrasse ist zwar schön, die Sonnenliegen aber beide kaputt und nicht nutzbar). Nicht schlimm aber schade!

Apartmán byl plně vybaven, nádobí ,žehlička …… . Obchody hned za rohem , pekárna , bary také . Všude kousek pěšky. Pohodlná postel.

Na ubytování se mi líbilo vše . Apartmán jeví známky opotřebení což je normální , ale bylo čisto a to je hlavní . Jediná maličkost - zapracovala bych na střešní terase , nová lehátka a úklid.

Idéalement placé !

Location is very good.

Stairs are very narrow and steep. Very top terrace has nothing to do with the photo. Requires a complete fix. Very few utensils in the kitchen.
