Typical Sevillan 2 bedroom unit

Location was excellent - near good bars,restaurants and bakeries. Very walkable to everywhere in Seville. Bit noisy because there's a bar right opposite but only bothered us one night. Liked the outside space especially the balcony.

Tiled stairs were extremely steep and several were damaged with tiles broken. Unsuitable for elderly, anyone with mobility issues and children. The 2 sunbeds on the roof space were both broken and unusable. We told the host straight away but looking at past reviews it appears that they have been broken all year.

L'emplacement est top. On peut visiter pas mal de monuments à pied., la cathédrale est a 7 mn, Il y a un supermarché juste en.bas, c'est très pratique surtout pour l'eau car en juillet c'est 40 degrés. La maison est sur 3 niveaux, typique de Séville, c'est original. Les clims marchent très bien sur les 3 niveaux. Le tarif est très raisonnable. hôte très gentil. Idéal pour un couple.

Les escaliers pour les enfants en bas âge pourraient être dangereux, pièces assez petites, équipements minimum. Les transats de la terrasse du dessus étaient cassés c'est dommage.

The location of the house is excellent, a short walk from lots of nice cafes, bars and restaurants and easily walkable to the major sights and historic areas of Seville. The house has lots of character, with beamed ceilings and different levels. The outside terrace area was great to sit and relax. The bedding was of very good quality. Communication from the host was excellent, plenty of information (including a video) of how to access the property and lots of recommendations of places to see and places to eat and drink. He also contacted us mid stay to check that everything was OK.

As it is a typical old property the stairs are very steep, it would not therefore be suitable for elderly people or anyone with any mobility issues. The furnishings in the lounge area could do with a little tlc or updating.

Very nice property in an excellent location with easy walking distance to all the main sites in Seville. It was especially nice to have a small outdoor terrace and rooftop space. The host was readily available via WhatsApp. As per other comments, be aware of the narrow stairs if you have any mobility issues, but otherwise I would highly recommend the accommodation.

The location is just perfect, it's from walking distance to all the major tourist sights and close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. It also has a nice terrace on the top floor and beds are comfortable. The host Francisco is easily reachable through whatsapp for any questions.

I loved my stay here. Some things you need to be aware of: - there are no walls seperating the rooms, the flight of stairs passes through each room and the bathroom is situated in the 2nd floor bedroom and the terrace is located on the 3rd floor bedroom. So if privacy between rooms is a concern, take this into account - not suitable for people with accessibility issues, since the rooms aren't located at the groundfloor, you need to take some stairs - it can be a bit noisy at times since it's located in a vibrant part of the city

Perfect location. Easy access and all the facilities you could need. Access via lockbox was very easy. Apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. Fantastic terraces to enjoy the sunshine all day.

Nothing. I would definitely return. I would say that if you had mobility problems, the stairs inside the property could be a challenge for you.
