"Pleasant when not in the room"

The views were nice.

No hot water for the whole weekend, not acceptable. Spent some time corresponding with the company, and still didn’t get fixed.

"Perfect location for Manchester Piccadilly Station & AO Arena"

Location, as we were arriving at Manchester Piccadilly Station and then going to the AO Arena. Walking from Station to Apartment was only 10 minutes, if that, similar to the Arena. Also being on the 9th floor, it was a little quieter due to be located close to man roads. Lovely outside seated area for chilling in the sun.

Not a massive problem but there was no ironing board, there was an iron but no board which we found a little strange.

The apartment is roomy, the main bedroom is huge which is great, the lounge / dining room is a fabulous space and the balcony is a fantastic!

The apartment could do with being redecorated, it's looking tired (the walls, surfaces in the kitchen, the fridge is missing door shelves) and the sofa's weren't comfortable. Some of the garden furniture had holes in the seats.

Excellent location, large bedroom, great balcony with views. Great communication from the owner and easy to access the property

Some furnishings see worn and dated in need of some TLC - did not impact our stay

whole apartment was lovely, especially terrace area. communication with staff was amazing. location ideal.

heating system broken, few things left unclean but altogether good experience
