Manchester Penthouse - 2 Bedroom Apartment

The location was superb

The apartment needs a bit of TLC where it is starting to look worn

Clean, as advertised, spacious, really nice customer service gave all the info needed, helped out with an early check in we requested, perfect location to all areas we needed to be last night, definitely recommend!! Thank you

Double booked, the other group booked a month after i originally did and still refunded us. Not very good communication and only offered 50% off next time

The location was brilliant. The apartment was lovely and spacious. Lots of kitchen equipment. Stunning balcony

It was a bit noisy at night but to be expected given location. It could have been a bit cleaner. There was bits of old food stuck on the dining floor.

Great location for Victoria Station, AO Arena, Northern Quarter, all within 10 mins walking distance. Apartment is nice, love the rooftop balcony area. Apartment has everything needed, including a washer. Beds very comfortable and nice to have 3 double beds. Shower was great and looked like it has had a new bath and screen recently. Needs a lid on the toilet seat. There was a musty smell throughout the apartment, which might’ve come from a leaky bath? (Assuming this is why it’s been replaced and hopefully it will subside) The apartment could do with some updating, sofa wasn’t the best for comfort and some outside furniture past its best. This may just be there ready to be removed , as there was another sofa and cushions were in the storage cupboard. The sun was shining and we sat out, which was great. Our stay was for one night, and it was fine. It was self Check in and out, communications via WhatsApp so didn’t see anyone, although there was a number to contact if any problems.

The apartment was amazing! Everything you could want for a weekend stay. Right in the centre of Manchester so everything is at your door step, the host was amazing and helped us with whatever we needed. The beds were comfy and the property felt secure, will definitely book again

The only issue we had was the first night the heating didn’t work , messaged the host and he was willing to help us straight away! An electrician was with us asap and fixed the issue
