El Apartamento se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo. Está a unos 15 minutos de la catedral y del casco historico. Es un apartamento amplio. Es ideal para pasar unos dias en Sevilla. Tiene dos camas, aunque una tiene el acceso subiendo una larga escalera y puede incomodar a aquellas personas que tengan vertigo

Aunque es un barrio tranquilo, como está a pie de calle, se oye todo lo que ocurre fuera. Es un bajo convertido en apartamento y el baño no tiene ventana, lo que el apartamento a veces huele a desagüe.
