Moderno en el corazón de Triana

La ubicación y la facilidad de aparcamiento . La cocina muy completa no faltaba de nada y algunos detalles básicos como aceite café etc.

Es un bajo a pie de calle .Ruido de las tuberías de bajantes del edificio y el ruido del exterior las personas al caminar por la calle parece que están dentro del apartamento. El baño es muy chico y el suelo pintado da una sensación no positiva y el colchón necesita renovarlo

L’alloggio è pulito e moderno posizionato in un quartiere abbastanza centrale di Siviglia. È munito di lavapiatti, lava panni e i gestori te lo fanno trovare con i detersivi. Inoltre, il bagno ha una bella doccia e anche lì trovi bagnoschiuma Shampoo e balsamo.

Essendo un piano terra su strada, l’alloggio è un po’ rumoroso ma ci sono delle buone finestre con un’ottima climatizzazione, quindi se chiudi i vetri, il rumore si attutisce. Inoltre ci sono i bidoni dell’immondizia sul lato opposto della strada quindi quando la ritirano si sente molto rumore, il lavandino del bagno è troppo piccolo, infine lo stendino andrebbe sostituito poiché in alcuni punti è arrugginito.

Excellent apartment overall. It is well-located, modern, light and comfortable. I slept well and enjoyed my time here. - Very clear communication, including restaurant tips from the owner. - Ease of check-in online, and the smooth simplicity of collecting the "key" was appreciated. (It's actually a door code. Contrary to other reviews, you don't need internet access at all times; the code did not change during the stay, so memorising it is enough.) This meant that arriving at midnight was no issue as there was no check-in desk opening times to be beholden to! - Likewise, check out time was a generous midday - Spacious and clean. - Good decor and aesthetically pleasing. Plenty of light, especially with shutters open. Comfortable overall. Big rain shower in the bathroom, good pressure and plenty of hot water. Kitchen is well-equipped, including a pod-based coffee machine, dishwasher, powerful fridge, and a proper 4-burner hob. Plenty of mugs, glasses, and all that kind of stuff. You could cook a decent meal if you wanted to. But you're on holiday, and there's great food nearby, which brings me to... - Brilliant location, walkable to all major attractions within the town at large. Supermarkets are nearby, including one at the top of the road. There's a few Carrefour Expresses within five minutes of walking, as well. Great restaurants and bars, too, literally a minute or two on foot. Easy to reach from the airport, too. - Quiet at night, and a great night's rest, both as a result of the quiet neighbourhood and the comfortable bed. - Effective air conditioning too. - Great value in consideration of all of the above!

Nothing major - it's nitpick-y stuff that doesn't detract from the overall high quality of the place nor one's ability to enjoy it. - Cleaning standard generally pretty excellent, but the top of the (very good) rain shower was a little dusty - Tap in the bathroom was slightly loose - Quiet at night, but by 8am or so it will be somewhat noisy outside as the world starts to go about its business. - Pillows are inherently a personal preference, but these ones weren't to mine - but equally, it wasn't enough to make me wake up aching, so no problem per se. - Not a downside for me, but worth being aware that if you are expecting a human touch, you won't get it here - communication, while proactive, comprehensive and very clear, was all via Booking.com messages.

L'emplacement était très bien si on veut être proche de tout, tout en étant dans un quartier plus calme. L'entrée autonome est un +. La clim fonctionnait bien. Les propriétaires étaient réactifs par message avant notre arrivée, et arrangeants. Avoir un lave-linge et un lave-vaisselle est très pratique.

Le nettoyage était plus que superficiel ; des cheveux dans la douche et sur les draps du lit, le sol collant et poussiéreux, des miettes et autres trouvées dans les tiroirs de la chambre, le balai était sale, le plaid du canapé pas propre.. Nous avons dû prendre le temps de nettoyer dès l'arrivée. La literie pourrait être améliorée. L'appartement est très mal isolé, même avec portes, volets et fenêtres fermées. Heureusement que c'est un quartier plutôt calme, mais on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe dehors. Les équipements ménagers et les savons/gel douche pourraient être de meilleure qualité. Un aspirateur ne serait pas de refus. Le séchoir est dans un état avancé de rouille, ce qui salit et le sol et les vêtements propres qu'on met dessus.

Todo, excelente lugar y ubicación. Tiene aire acondicionado en todos los cuartos por lo que ni te das cuenta del calor que hace. El lugar es muy espacioso, por lo que no sientes el agobio de los lugares pequeños cuando estás mucho rato. Cama súper cómoda, baño impecable. La cocina facilita todo y el refrigerador es grande . Además, cerca un supermercado (2 minutos a pie) y hamburguesas muy buenas también cerca del supermercado. En resumen un lugar excelente para llegar a pie a muchos lados

Limpieza mejorable. Algo ruidoso por la noche. Y el LAVABO de manos es RIDICULO.

El baño debería ser más bien aireado

El trato, la casa, la ubicación... Nos encantó!! Recomiendo 100%!!! Curro eres magnífico!!!! Deberían existir más anfitriones como tú!!!! Volveremos!!!!
