Woodside Lodge, Weybourne, Holt

We loved everything about the property and our stay. What a fabulous lodge, it is stunningly decorated/furnished and was spotlessly clean. It is very well equipped and my 7 year old son even learnt to play chess, as there was a selection of games. It is a great location for exploring the area. We caught the steam train and visited Sheringham and Holt. As well as a couple of visits to Cromer. The owners of the property recommended some places to eat, after I asked them as we were visiting for my husband’s 50th birthday. I settled on the Ship Inn as it’s within walking distance of the lodge and pre-booked weeks in advance. The food was amazing. We did also had a take away from the Thai restaurant in Sheringham, this was also excellent.

This lodge has been decorated to a high standard. It makes the perfect base to explore the surrounding area. There is a lovely large enclosed decking area perfect for the warmer weather. TV has streaming whip is an added bonus.

There was nothing to dislike. However as I have allergies I would prefer less air fresheners and perfume sticks. Although I’m sure that is fine for other people. That’s just my personal preference.
