It is absolutely beautiful... the photos don't do it justice at all. It is very modern, extremely clean & has everything you could possibly need including toiletries, sauces and cooking oil. The location is fantastic & the lodge is in a very private, quiet spot. Lovely, huge terrace area which our dogs loved too. We really appreciated the thoughtful touch of leaving us apple juice, milk, bread & popcorn - thank you. We have stayed at many dog friendly places around the UK & this is our favourite so far. Also it's the only one that doesn't charge extra for dogs. We will definitely be back!

The double bed was a bit creaky & the mattress has dips in where people have been laid so it felt a bit uncomfortable. We turned the mattress around which made it a bit better. Might be nearly ready for a new one though :)

The place was great. Clean and comfortable. Eggs , biscuits and a bottle of juice were left for us. Great communication too
