Treat Hotel Nashik City Center

The reception staff were very helpful and understanding, They helped us with a early check and we extended our stay for 02 stays Aniket and his team made sure we were looked after. Recommend to try their live dosa counter as i ate that during my stay.

The restaurant Staff were very rude as if we were not paying during the stay they made us feel that we dont belong there, everytime we have to wave and call them whenever we went to dine,The Staff in zaika restuarant & Cloud 25 were very ignorant. The stay was amazing the food was 1 out of 05 as per the price point of view.

We were checked-in 1 hr earlier - thanks. Requested for additional toilet rolls, which were delivered next day. There were no hand towels, which were also delivered the next day. Tried the massage facility, but the extension number published was wrong, and nobody picked up for couple of hours. Reception then provided the correct extension. Nobody at the health centre could provide the pricing. Finally the manager rang back after 3 hours to arrange for an appointment. They did give a small discount for the inconvenience. The dinner lounge is beautiful and the food and the service is very good.

Our room was very comfortable, great mattress , slept very well. Breakfasts were varied and staff throughout the hotel are most helpful. Front Office Manager, Aniket, assisted us in visiting sights around the area. Thank you Aniket.
