Treat Hotel Nashik City Center

We specifically asked for early check in but didn't get it. Ended up not staying at the hotel and did not get any refund.

It matched all my expectations for the price.

The location was pretty convenient and the overall property is pretty well maintained. There is ample parking space as well given that it can host a wedding.

We had booked two bedrooms with king beds. One of the rooms was makeshift, with twin beds combined instead of a king bed. The bed was not an issue, but the sockets were covered since the beds were joined which was quite problematic as we had to use multi-plugs on a single socket to charge our phones and laptops. We had also asked for rooms next to each other as the whole family was traveling together. The reception staff assigned the rooms and said they were right opposite each other, so we agreed. When we went up, turns out the rooms were on the same floor but away from each other with two rooms between them. Either the staff is unaware of the room locations or they purposely misled us. Take your pick. Since there were four of us traveling, we asked for a set of extra key cards for each room. The reception staff refused the request with the reason that the key card software is designed in a way that if they activate a second key for any room, the first key would get deactivated automatically. There can be only one key card active for any room at any given time. This was a surprise for us as it was the first time we'd ever heard that at any hotel. A senior staff member approached us later in the day to ask if the stay was as per our expectations and we informed him of the problem. He immediately arranged for a second pair of key cards for both rooms. So again, the reception staff was either uninformed on how the software works or they purposely misled us. Take your pick. The drain in the bathroom of the room with the twin beds was choking which meant the shower area kept flooding every time it was used. We were given the option to pick another room on a different floor away from the rest of the family or continue using the room with the flooding bathroom. The proximity of the rooms was a bigger priority for us so unfortunately we had to manage with the flooded bathroom.

Nothing, the staff is rude in behaviour and rooms are ugly looking, food is bad too
