Great location. Very clean accommodation & had all the essentials. Fab communication from the host!

The only thing i can think of is it's spacious.

Not enough crockery, no bin liners, uncomfortable bed, frying pans not great, poor quality coffee, parking in basement is shocking😑. I struggled to get a space, and when I eventually parked, it was very difficult to wiggle myself out of it. Internet is speed is very slow, heater in bedroom is broken, no storage space in bathroom, dirty and poorly lit hallway. The pictures on booking.com are quite deceptive. The checkout process is somewhat impractical.

Great place to stay, clean and tidy. Central to Birmingham.short walk to arena. Free secure parking which is great. Check in was easy and great communication with staff. Would 100% stay again!
