1 bedroom city centre apartment

The apartment is exactly as it's described The owner was lovely and understanding persons and quick to respond.

Inshort it was nice 👌 😌 Just need a little more equipped things and a little regular check of its cleaning, but from the view of the cleaners The owner was really understanding and professional to meet up with our needs.

Convenient location with easy walk to city CBD. Secure off-street parking.

We had ongoing problems with the washer/dryer (would not dry) and the toilet flushing system. Our host provided prompt action on the toilet problem but even after repair action (twice) it worked for a while and then failed again. We were told new parts were required which weren’t available for our stay. The kitchen facilities were inadequate with insufficient cutlery or cooking utensils. We had to request a second desert spoon which was provided. There were quite a lot of stairs between the basement parking and lobby lifts making it quite an effort with luggage.

Amazing communication from the apartment manager, so helpful and responsive. Apartment clean and excellent location. Lovely base for visiting the city. 10/10 from me!

The apartment is on the 10th floor in what appears to be a converted office block. To collect the keys we popped into the barbers next door and someone came down with the keys. If you want somewhere in the city centre it's ideal - clean and functional and actually quite large with great views over the city. Parking is free and is in the subterranean basement so very secure.

The location was very convenient to the city centre and there was suitable blue badge parking right outside the building. The owner offered us the basement parking free of charge however it was accessible by stairs and my husband is a wheelchair user. The apartment was spacious and bright and smelled very fresh upon entering and the host was friendly and quick to respond to questions during our stay. Wifi was included and quick.

We booked this apartment as it said it was accessible by lift and my husband is a wheelchair user. When we arrived at the building, however, there was a flight of stairs to enter the building before you could reach the lift. I had to carry my husbands wheelchair up and down the stairs while he struggled to climb/descend them every time we needed to go anywhere during our 3 day stay. This could have completely ruined our trip if my husband wasn't able to get out of his wheelchair. The bathroom looked clean at first glance but actually had lots of long hairs on the floor and in the tub. They couldn't have been ours as husband and I both have very short hair. The bathtub wouldn't drain due to hairs clogged in the plughole
