1 bedroom city centre apartment

Good location

Always perfect for my weekend stay whilst attending events at the ICC. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well equipped. I never have any problems staying here, and I will continue to book for future events.

Very nice property in the heart of Birmingham. Clean tidy and heating works perfectly. 5 star stay

Fab, prompt communication with the host. A great view across the city from the 10th floor, the close proximity to the Utility Arena, our reason for being there. The facilities & the cleanliness of the place. Having a Tesco express & a CO OP nearby.

The bed was a tad too soft for us, but we did sleep well.

Very clean and suitably stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Has private parking in a secure garage which was a bonus in the city centre. There is a Tesco right opposite the flat so handy for any essentials you should need We only stayed for one night so not much more to give opinion on

Would have been good to be told the exact location of the key pick up as it is from a barbers shop however when I called the host we were then met and taken to the underground car park. Whilst there are blinds on the windows the bedroom would benefit from having blackout curtains but not a big concern just an observation.
