Lovely home, had everything we needed. Great location - loads of walks and amazing woodland play grounds. Had resident red squirrels, peacocks and so many different birds. We even saw an otter in the river Don. The area was stunning with autumnal colours.

Only stayed 3 nights.

The cottage is surrounded by nature and beautiful scenery. When we arrived, the house was warm and clean. The furnishings are characteristic of the cottage and there is beautiful lighting that creates a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and spotless. Even my dog enjoyed the wide open spaces and the beautiful woods surrounding the property.

The kitchen tap splashes water everywhere. It should be replaced or a filter added so that it doesn't get everything wet. 😊

OMG! It was adorable and so clean and organized. A great place to really stay and enjoy the area.

Nothing. It was perfect. All the red squirrel touches were really sweet. I am a huge squirrel fan. Plus, we were there on my birthday!

Lovely quiet location.

The cottage was lovely. Had every detail thought of. Beds were very comfy. We were there during a storm, and it was so cozy. Loved seeing a red squirrel. Holidaying from Australia and really enjoyed our stay.

De omgeving is fantastisch, wandelingen vanaf de voordeur, geweldig uitzicht en de cottage is zeer ruim en volledig ingericht. Heel veel ruimte, dubbele keuken, dubbele woonkamer en ruime slaapkamers zijn top.

De zeer beperkte hoeveelheid warm water is zeker met een gezin van 4 ontoereikend. Zelf met het systeem op turbo zitten er flinke wachtijden tussen douche beurten. Verder is het erg jammer dat er in de boekinginfo geen woord stond over de kinderactiviteiten die er overal op het terrein rondom de cottage gehouden worden tussen 10 en 4. Hierdoor is de cottage, hoewel deze afgelegen is, toch grotendeels van de dag omringd door gillende en lawaaierige kindertaferelen van de naburige ranch. Deze organisatie blokkeerd zelfs de toegang tot de cottage onaangekondigd.
