Hanley, Stoke - Modern Spacious Apartments by PolkaStays

The building did not look appealing from outside, but it was fantastic from the moment I stepped inside. I am not happy that I arrived after 7 and realized I had no email confirming the code for me to get into the building. I had to make 3 journeys in taxi in the dark a d almost 3 hours later before i got through. No one was responding to my emails or the contact number, which was on my on my booking email. It was only when I sent the last email asking if I would be refunded for the taxi that I used, that I received an email with the codes to get inside and a telephone call.

I didn't like the lack of communication after my booking was paid for, and the deluxe bed requested was just about big enough for me. I was fine with this only because my friend could not make it. The apartment was clean and beautiful and smelt absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately, I did not take any pictures.

The location was ideal; however, there is an alarm that tends to activate in the middle of the night, which can be disruptive. Overall, the establishment is satisfactory.
