ITThe location is good and overall the rooms are not so bad…unfortunately the management and staff are not the best.
They try to cancel my booking half hour before arrive to the hotel. They were sleeping during our check out, we didn’t have our breakfast, that was suppose to be included on the rate room. We didn’t have the room that I booked, there was not balcony…and in the end it was all a big mess…before book this hotel be sure to have confirmation directly from the property to don’t end in any misunderstanding.

INLocation was nice
As soon as we entered, they told us they do not have rooms available at the original location. After that they took us to another property in Green park. Which was subpar for what In paid for. There was no place to hang your towels in the bathroom, Tv was not working, no tea,coffee kits provided(most hotels at this price range do that) plus staff was also very clumsy and not proactive. I will not recommend this property to anyone

Many mosquito , No sufficient sugar/coffee/water (we need to tell everything to two person who were available to support), extremely late foods - dinner, I had to wait nearly 3 hours, Though I request breakfast, they didn't provide, Two persons who are available to support, are not available - most of the time they were sleeping. English language issue, hence most of the time really difficult to convey the message to two person who were available to support. Following services were included in my reservation but didn't available. Washing machine, Sofa, Socket near the bed, Cleaning products, Refrigerator, Telephone, Heating, Wake-up service, Toaster, Hand sanitizer.
