The door to my room was not smooth in its operation. Needs maintenance.
INININThe room was good sized, right on the main road and convenient for the purpose of of my visit.
The room was not ready despite informing of the time of arrival. The heater was leaking, the service was slow. We had to wake up the staff in the morning to prepare breakfast which was pretty ordinary. Invoice was not given immediately after payment. Did not send the invoice later though it was agreed by the staff.
INININBig spacious rooms with a balcony. Great location, right across Kamla Nehru College, and walking distance from South Ex, 5-6 minutes ride away from Lodhi Road and Khan Market. 15 mins ride from Chanakyapuri. Wifi worked fine while I was there. Lot of storage space in the cupboards but the locks weren’t working.
The staff is great, really nice people, but they actually live in the kitchen. This should be fixed. There were 4-5 people with the staff when I was there who were having a great time, that’s ok, but that causes privacy issues for travellers. Just a tip.
INThe toilet was stinky for some reason
INExtremely hopeless. Difficult to find out the hotel. No signboard. They show different pictures in Booking.com but actual picture is different.Still they couldn't able to share bills which the guy asked me to tell before the day of check out then only they can share. No POS machine to pay. Only cash or UPI. Horrible state.The price which we have paid per day 7000/- which is not worth. Super third class hotel. Most unhygienic too. They took booking for family room but only one queen bed was available. Apart from this the guy who stayed there asked us to change the room since one of their old customer is coming for which we need to change the room. Most unhygienic & most avoidable stay ever.
